An old friend has a hilarious story about how he spray-painted an entire airplane bathroom (including himself). Locked himself in - flight attendants tried to bust him out. He explained the situation, showed them the damage, they agreed he would stay in there for the entire flight (including landing).

Once everyone else deplaned, they gave him a jumpsuit, and escorted him to shower facilities (he had a layover at Heathrow).

IIRC, he somehow bought an entire new set of clothing at the airport, threw everything else out, and make his connection.

In addition to Hart, several other players on the 2018 Hockey Canada World Junior team have also gone dark on their Instagram accounts. Twitter users noticed that Brett Howden of the Vegas Golden Knights, Dillon Dube of the Calgary Flames, Jonah Gadjovich of the San Jose Sharks have also done the same, although some have claimed that Dube and Gadjovich were private already.

The timing of all this does hold some pretty serious weight; Flyers veterans are due to report to training camp in just under three weeks. It is highly likely that NHL teams are pushing for the results of the investigation to be released ahead of the start of camp, to allow them the time necessary to replace and/or suspend their players.

Other Hockey Canada players, such as Alex Formenton and Maxime Comtois, have not been signed as free agents. Defenseman Cal Foote has joined younger brother Nolan after signing with the New Jersey Devils, who also have Michael McLeod on their roster. It is worth noting, though, that the Devils have added a ton of McLeod insurance in recent months themselves, in the form of Curtis Lazar, Chris Tierney, Tomas Nosek, and Shane Bowers.

So apparently Carter Hart - member of a certain WJC team - has taken the Flyers logo off his Instagram bio, and set it to private.

Knowing Hockey Canada, I suspect they will be releasing a report today at 4:21 pm.

Cops have said in a court filing/request for a search warrant that they have reasonable grounds to believe that 5 players committed sexual assault. Judge approved the warrant request so it’s likely fairly well grounded.

Trying very hard not to gloat

Happened to me on a flight leaving Ghana/Accra to London, I told the flight attendant I had stomach issues, I had taken meds but if I had to go, I would go no matter what. I was lucky, I was in business class, first row so the toilet was a few feet away. Of course...as we were taking off (getting off the ground), I got the signal...tried to hold it but the pressure was way too intense, I got up and made it time to the toilet. Flight attendant was not happy I got up but I had warned us I would not poop my pants with a toilet a few feet away.

Of course the (frank)ing meds fully kicked in once I got home...could not take a poop for 5 days
