I'm happy for Nick Bonino. With Motte gone, he inherits the 4th line C roll. IMO he's a better C than Motte anyway. I bet Drury has the same opinion. I really don't think it's a coincidence that Motte's replacement was already on the roster. Drury is a smart GM. He had a plan. Maybe he was finally sick of Motte's Agent always demanding a salary increase year over year. Good move by Drury. Farewell Motte. And here's to Nick Bonino having a big season!

Cuylle yes, Othmann no.

I see no benefit from playing Othmann, at most, 10 mins a game when he can be logging top line minutes and working on his NHL game in the AHL.

The Yankees are fake rich. They portray not concerned, but they refused to spend any extra dollars at this years trade deadline due to the new luxury tax rules. An entity that could be a bank unto itself. They are Joke. For as much as I hate James Dolan, he spends to the cap. Most of the time not wisely, but the effort is there I guess.
