I don't know the story behind that, but that's why I need to look in his phone.

I said that Southgate was rife with attractive WOMEN one day and big23 went ballistic, called the CIA to snipe me and labed me Quagmire.

Call me crazy, but I just don't see Babs and Laine getting along too well.

I hope Babs doesn't check YouTube. Posted that clip showing around the ACC while you were in the background explaining to drunken Steel about the Hextall rule why Bernier was on a different side or something.

My heart was broken when Blonde Katy Perry got picked up by her BF in Winnipeg.

it was an undercover cop who picked her up, she called in for help, she was scared of you after you stared at her for 6hrs straight.

Get it right... it was more like 5.5. I had to go to the bathroom a few times...

Reaves can provide utility if he can be responsible defensively and keep his worst urges in check. Everybody loves a good enforcer, but nobody wants a liability either. How slow is he? Is at the pylon stage of his career, or can he at least keep up? If he can't keep up, he's just another Simmonds. Doesn't move the needle at all. Leafs would be better off using that money to bring back Kessel on a cheap deal.

You should put a special question in your predictions thread this year: what will happen in Columbus first - former Leafs coach Babs gets fired/forced out by scandal, or former pick Leaf fans should worry about Laine demands a trade?

Usually I just blindly support whatever the Leafs do, but with Reaves I can't even muster irrational cautious optimism. I hope I'm wrong.

I like when national team soccer coaches have a press conference after a loss, they look like they're going to cry.

Reaves will add entertainment and make some fans feel good and safe, but i am skeptical him being on the leafs moves the needle at all, in regards to wins and the team being better.

also, if he is playing in the playoffs...i dont think he stops other teams from doing what they want. and overall probably hurts the team with penalties or whatever retaliation he thinks needs to happen

- senstroll

At 450K over league minimum I would hope you would not expect him to move the needle for the Leafs.

That for three years yeah I would hope he does at least make the needle tick up a female genitalia hair because he's taking up a spot

I don't care about the 3 years.

If its not working in year 2 or 3 bury it, trade it, whatever.

getting rid of a 1.3M contract is not an issue. The way its structured its not a 35+ contract either.

I am more worried about Nylander being overpaid at 9-10M then having to worry about a few extra K needing to be buried on the cap.

The only person I’ll believe about this whole Babcock/phone fiasco is Patrik Laine, because he’ll not give a (frank) about throwing his coach under the bus and his phone gallery is probably just him trying on sunglasses at every mall or gas bar kiosk, so he has nothing to lose

I believe it. You crazy Finns and your saunas.

Apparently my house when I was a kid came with a sauna but my parents turned it into a bathroom, because my uncle was living in the basement for a few years.
