Future KHL player. (waits for the still young rubber stamp comment)

I was thinking the same thing. Zlodoyev also.

I think I have seen Raty play now seven times and never really impressed with any part of his game. Of course it is just my opinion, some others may feel differently.

I don't see anything special about his game. Canucks need to get a better young center prospect.

I thought Raty had a good game against the Jets. His passing was great. Just couldn't finish any of the scoring opportunities given. I thought the team dominated for the first two periods just couldn't hold on to the lead (sounds eerily familiar). More or less happy of what I saw.

I honestly don't put much into this tourney. I am only watching because there is nothing else Canucks going on. The age variance puts Canucks at an advantage.

I don't care about the results. Focused on first looks at prospects and progression of others.

Not very much physicality to these games compared to a few years ago when the hits were plenty and lots of scraps.

5-2 Canucks. Raty gets the empty netter. McD got his 3rd of the tourney.

Abby going to get a pretty good scoring bump this season I think.

McD should make the big team, he’s a great prospect. Don’t think he benefits from playing in the A.

He's a natural goal scorer but even in this tourney where he was one of the older players, he seemed to fumble the puck on the cycle. We'll see how he looks in camp but I think a few months if not a whole season in the A would help his transition.

There may not be a spot for him to be honest. There's that as well...

That would involve a trade because they are not sending him to the A.

I definitely want to see how his preseason games go before I go penciling him in like that. The team has an abundance of guys that can just fill a spot. I want to see them make a solid player out of him instead of getting him in everyone's poop list because of turn overs that could easily be ironed out on Abby if handled right. Perhaps that's not even an issue... that's why I want to see how the preseason goes for him. I'm sure the coaches and management feel the same.

I had seen a couple of articles today saying Canuck trade talks heating up.

I'm sure there will be at least one minor cap saving move. I'm assuming they like the depth they have right now so nothing major. I also think they may add a goalie.

I wonder how mini's wife feels about this
- NorthNuck

I’m not with her right now. I’m sure she doesn’t care, especially to someone who didn’t want to listen.

Him re-signing and what you think said that he abused people. The word was uncomfortable, that was used. As my wife said there is a difference.

The moment it came out, no one believed he was going to stay. Whether it was all that bad or not.

There were people that defended what he did even and said it was fine. So as what my wife said different people are going to interpret things differently.

After watching this weekend this is how I would rate Canucks call ups.

Juulsen
Podkolzin
Hoglander
Silovs
Hirose
McDonough
McWard

If they go deeper than that then the game will not be worth watching

Considering all the baggage he carried and the climate of today's NHL where most young players do not respond well to old school methods of coaching even if this incident didn't happen, he wouldn't have lasted very long anyways, coaches of his kind have short shelf lives regardless.

Social media and even the Spanish women’s futbol team getting everyone fired. The guy shouldn’t have kissed her.

I’ve seen reels upon reels showing women sneaking kisses on men in all sorts of situations and absolutely nothing from it.

I’ve also seen a girls volleyball coach in Texas has been accused of “abuse” to 23 players over the last few years. Parents wrote in to get her fired. Found no wrong doing.

Situations like this all over the world in many sports and all outcomes are different.
