So regular season success is purely because the team is so good anyone could do it but playoff success or failure is due to the coach?

I’m certainly not saying Keefe is the best coach of all time but come on man.

Fun fact - Jon Cooper was the coach in Tampa for 6 years before he won the cup in his 7th as the full time head coach. He missed the playoffs or lost in the first round 5 times since he took the reins in the 2013-2014 season.

Anderson and Slaf don't make the Leafs better today, and they need to win NOW.

Nylander and his soon to be big contract doesn't help the Habs moving forward towards their rebuild.

It's looking better the last few years adding the likes of Caufield, Guhle, Hutson, Roy, etc...

Time will tell on Slaf but I'm still confident he'll turn into a good player down the line despite what all here are hoping for.
