If CanucksArmy didn't write about it, it didn't happen.

This is the kind of player we need. Disgusting when you consider what we’re paying Garland.

Just another compounded mistake by JB in a horrible trade. 👍

Garland buyout is 4/$1.83m

Could live with that if a prospect shines & replaces him. Wishful thinking is Garland is TDL dump at little to no cost. 3/4.95m is lousy value.

Next man up like any team would face. No report on the severity.

It's an exciting time to be a Canucks fan!

Dr. Harjas Grewal
@Harjas_Grewal
Likely MCL injury (time off depends on grade) for Soucy but can have associated torn ACL (6+ months) and/or meniscus (4-6 weeks if trimmed, 4+ months if repaired)

Some stress to medial ankle so cannot rule out a high ankle sprain

Likely no clarity until MRI tomorrow

This is a weird place. We have a legit 100 point player threat every year with Pettersson now and Canucks fans want him gone. Just odd is all.
- ScotlandVonRickens

I don't think he is going to score 80 pts this year. Canucks look like they have shifted gears and are looking to play a tighter game instead of a freewheeling game. 3 to 1 might be a typical score instead of five or six goals.

Canucks are set, they don't need waiver scraps. Plenty of depth in Abby.

Some thoughts since I posted about the 10-0. Keepin it even for those who appear to be keeping track of who are downers or slurpers only posting based on their narrative:

- Juulsen brings a little physicality which we desperately need, would be a bit disappointed if we lose him on waivers
- I like Beau ... I don't care if everyone says easily replaceable and too expensive
- Just as I was thinking guys like Blueger, Studnicka, Suter, Aman, etc are gonna need a lot of chances to in order to bury one ... Blueger slips a nifty one 5-hole
- I keep looking for Jeremy Roenick
- My biggest takeaway, I'm gonna miss the colour of Cheech ... the new guy sounds like he could be AI generated

- Sayros

Last night was more of what I remembered about Juulen from last year. That first game he played was crap. I think you take a longer look at him and be patient. Let him get comfortable playing with a steady partner. There will be warts but as he gets more familiar they will become less and less. He is no Zadorov(Right Kman? ).

Juulsen is nothing more than D depth & should be in Abby. He’s had years to become more familiar.

Garland is overpaid sure, but he's still a useful player. He put up 31 5 on 5 points last year, which is the same as Miller... and he doesn't get PP1 time and played a lot in the bottom half of the lineup.

A serious push for Pesce. We need much more than just depth D.
