“I am more of a libertarian...personal rights (and responsibilities...something those on the right forget about when they get butthurt about something) are more important than who is in the White House.”
There are those on the left who also forget this when they think the answer to our nation’s problems is bigger government, with more regulations. So ready to give up their freedoms, as if the government could be trusted to not abuse any and all powers given to them. Freedoms surrendered will never be given back.
I am stunned and dismayed at how many young people think the first amendment should be curtailed because people may say “mean things” that might hurt someone’s feeling. Other are afraid of people spreading disinformation....sorry buttercups, it’s your duty to be educated enough to know bullpoop when you hear it, and use your 1st amendment right to counteract any bullpoop being spewed.
Edit; I forgot to add, Thank you for your service to our country - Ratsreign
Well are Government doesn't care about amendments or the Constitution. Hell are Government is about to shut down and we just sent a aid package for 6.2 Billion to Ukraine which most will be used to keep there Government afloat. |

I hate the USA. And that’s because I am an actual Patriot. The “idea” of America is gorgeous. The reality of America is heinous. This is a corporation disguised as a country pretending to take care of it’s people but is feeding us garbage, making us fat, raising us dumb and telling us there’s nowhere better on the planet.
They also gaslight us into thinking our condition is self-inflicted and the illusion of choice, free will and freedom of speech keeps their pockets lined while the majority line up for the slaughterhouse.

Curious if there's a way they could have Savoie start the season in Rochester on a conditioning assignment. Not sure if the injury gives them that option or not.
As for Benson, Saturday will be a big vet day and the 2 games next week usually are down to close to the final roster. Maybe a couple get to stay and play @ Columbus. If tonight was his last game, I wouldn't be surprised at all. - Lunaion
The injury makes it plausible, but a conditioning stint is still only 14 days I think. He'd end up yo-yoing around like Wright did. Still, might not be a bad idea. |

Dude, I have not paid attention to CNN since Ted Turner and Jane Fonda were an item. And nothing in my earlier post is made up or embellished. |

So Donnie Meatballs said the plan was to Originally give Benson 3 pre-season games. Tonight is number 3, sounds like that plan might have changed. Guess will see how Tonight goes. And guess they are hoping Savoie can get back on the ice later next week. - Buff36

Would also give them the option of a few games in Buffalo if he played well or there was an injury. He's inevitably going back, but any pro experience first would help.

Wenatchee is going to have a hell of a team if both of them end up going back down. Will definitely tune in a bit to see how they look |

$6.2 billion MORE phantom dollars (that feeds the pockets of the military industry (which too many of the lawmakers are invested in) for Ukraine. Meanwhile, so many of our veterans who fought and bled for this country are surviving on pb&j sandwiches and can’t get the proper healthcare that they EARNED with their service. With far too many of them winding up hooked on pain meds and living on the street.
“Disposable Heroes”, indeed.

That Damn Leg has traveled a lot. I know it got blown of in Beirut, sucked up and swallowed in a SharkNado and that blond chick cut it out on the plane over NY before getting her hand bitten off! |

Well off course that, but there's things in are Constitution that they are breaking with this funding, especially if it causes are Government to shut down. |

They’ll all agree to give themselves a raise as part of the funding bill that will be passed at the last minute. |

Tampa didn't need to use Vasi for this, they are 6.95 over the cap and Seabrook on LTIR would have covered 6.875. This will make it so they clear but sending down a player would have been much less costly than losing your #1 goalie for 6-8 weeks of regular season time.
A gift for the Sabres as a team that needs to fight with the Tampas of the conference for a spot in the playoffs. |

Mostly Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. I did get to spend a month in Korea in 1989 which was a hoot...it looks exactly like Missouri in February lol. Couldn't go to the DMZ at the time cuz GHW Bush was making a visit there around that time and they blocked all tours. Only beer there was OB...Olympic Beer and it was awful (Seoul hosted the 88 'Lympics).
I really take my hat off for anyone who served in a combat zone. |
