Would also give them the option of a few games in Buffalo if he played well or there was an injury. He's inevitably going back, but any pro experience first would help. - Lunaion
Agreed, Nashville did it with a number of their prospects I know, so seems reasonable to think he'll get that time. Whether he gets the NHL games is a question though, just too many bodies right now. |

Mostly Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. I did get to spend a month in Korea in 1989 which was a hoot...it looks exactly like Missouri in February lol. Couldn't go to the DMZ at the time cuz GHW Bush was making a visit there around that time and they blocked all tours. Only beer there was OB...Olympic Beer and it was awful (Seoul hosted the 88 'Lympics).
I really take my hat off for anyone who served in a combat zone. - LandlordTom
Where were you, I was there in 89. I was Stationed at Camp Carroll about 40 minutes from TaeGu. Fun place!! |

There aren't really that many bodies, really only 12F. 1 injury would open the door.

What would be the odds of Girgensons tripping over the Blueline taking out Okposo. And Rosen Krebs Rousek forming a dynamic 4th line while the other 2 recuperate from there injuries!🗯 Sorry I woke up. |

Comrie and Rosen for Hagel and Cernak - washedup20
For real though, Tampa's #2 is Jonas Johansson with 2 other goalies on their roster, Matt Tomkins with 0 NHL games and Hugo Alnefelt with 1 NHL game in 2021-22. Assuming they'll need to make a pickup or a trade which will strain their cap situation further. |

Welp, you wanna see what the goalie market is, for a guy you only need for 8 weeks and then have him back up?
Here's your chance. |

Depends, I think Rousek makes it which would make 13. Would need a couple injuries I'd think, but you could be right. Really depends if they're willing to pull Olo out if he's floundering. They may want to try and pump him up for a more lucrative return. If not, either an injury or a few rotational games while pulling Rousek out could definitely be done. |

Rousek maybe, I kinda think kulich makes it out of camp.
Although waiver eligibility could play a big part in a decision. |

Girgs could take out anyone at anytime, but it's random. Could be Okposo, could be himself, could be Levi.
Speaking of Krebs, 1 game with Murray and Warren and not in tonight? Read anything into it?

It will be interesting. I could see any of Benson, Savoie, Kulich and RyJo all making it...some more probable than others. It will really be telling who is kept and even more to see who plays. |

I'd read more into it if he was actually in tonight
remember, the guys with the most play time are the ones they want the longest looks at. |

I thought Krebs played pretty well last night, couple giveaways and the retaliatory cross check was dumb (less so in preseason but still) but a lot of good puck retrievals and cross ice passes. |

If I had to guess Benson has the best shot of those 4 of starting on the team in October. Kulich can come up at any time, Benson and Savoie if you send them down they are down for the year. Savoie would have been my pick before the injury and before Benson looked as good as he did. Theoretically I guess you could have both of them but I just don't see it unless someone else gets injured. Could have one of them in the press box while the other plays and evaluate them that way but only way that happens likely is if someone is moved out, otherwise they risk losing someone to waivers and I don't think that's an option in this front office. |

I don't know who the 23rd guy will be. UPL, Bryson, or a F. Path of least resistance is to go 12F.
VO thrives in October hockey. |

I don't want to read too much into it. Just getting 4C vibes right now and a little surprised they aren't giving him a better opportunity or taking a look at him with someone more significant.
