Fine line here between Biro looking better than Jost and giving Biro an NHL spot over someone who is a proven NHLer based on like 3 games, right?
I get wanting it to be an open competition/meritocracy but if that were the case strictly based on pre season showing theyd be sending Power to the ECHL lol |

If Jost were on a PTO, there might be a decision. This was never a competition.

Those include his time in MIN though. I agree it's not like he's some core player, but he was a legit nhler who added wins to the team last year when they were scrambling for a C
You don't put that guy on waivers because Brandon Biro had a good 10 mins vs pre season rosters, that's all im saying. |

I wanted to say giving a 2m contract was the decision that he's part of the team....then I looked up Vinny's contract: 1.7m. KA is a strange GM with an unhealthy attachment to keeping guys around.
Still don't think Jost is under any threat. |
