Habs are in a similar situation with Owen Beck, he is 19, last year where it is either OHL or NHL for him.

Looks like the exception is Shane Wright because he had exceptional status as a 16yrs old entering the OHL.

They need to alter the CBA so that all 1st round picks can play in the AHL.

Well the rule is only there so CHL teams don't lose all their good young players to the AHL and keep making money while also planning to compete for the Memorial Cup.

I honestly don't think it would be that bad if they changed it but that's how they justify it.

The CHL is a for-profit entity, where franchises make millions of dollars with free labour.

Why allow kids to play for $100,000 when you can get them to play for free?

Is the size of their bagels a problem?

It’s not the CBA. It’s a formal agreement between the NHL and CHL and it was recently extended until 2029, so…..

I like the idea behind Money City Maniacs, and it has a good vibe for it - it would be great in a hockey commercial - but it doesn't have the singalong portion you need.

I've said it before, the chorus part of Stadium Love by Metric is perfect for, well, stadium love.

I'll tell you exactly what the problem is:

They sell bagels as "2 bags for $X.XX"

So every single franking time I go to Costco, the idiot in front of me only has one bag, so they have to send a Costo employee to the back of the store to grab the idiot another bag.

And just to really set me off, the cashier will ask, "What kind do you want?" and the idiot, rather than saying "I don't care, I'm holding up the entire line because I'm a douchebag, so please just grab whatever and I'll be grateful", instead will ponder the question for a minute.
