He fully expects to go to Laval, not sure what they told him. There are a lot of forwards in Laval this year, he needs to play a lot of minutes, not sure playing 4th line in Laval is the best place for him. I would not be surprised if he ends up going back to the OHL. He needs to get stronger, log in tons of ice time on north american ice

He was drafted out of Europe, he can go OHL, AHL or NHL or back to Europe.

I know they can play in either of those leagues, what I was not sure about is if they started int he OHL they were on that path til then end (at least, in north america).

he's a skilled forward used to have a lot of space and time in Europe, he had a hard time adjusting to NHL size rinks and the fast pace of play (lack of time).

I wasn’t poopting on Slaf in the last thread. Just mentioned that he looked a little apprehensive. I know he hasn’t played since January. He will be fine.

As Karine said, he was getting better as the game went on. Hopefully he’s not injured?? Not a good way to start the year again…..

I do not really expect him to show significant impact til at least 3rd season... so I am not worried at all.

I think he starts in Montreal, but I could see him doing a CC to Laval type project at some point during the season.
