I would imagine he meant to say young NHL players.

From a production standpoint most players are pretty inconsistent. The vast majority score in streaks and spurts.

Consistency in effort and competitiveness is another ball of wax tho.

I’m all for that. To me the plan should be to have the young kids play over singing any vets. If they aren’t ready, then we bottom out. If they are, then we find building blocks moving forward. Brink has looked quite solid imo.
