Lol, I think I want to kind of make this my "thing" and give specific timetables for return without much, if any, actual medical info or training. We can try it out:
Jack Quinn is set to return to practice on 11/15/2023 from an Achilles injury.
This medical rumor is classified as JF4 probability. - QuinnFan
This kinda goes hard lol
The race is on to see if he can comeback and benson can stick so that there's simply no room for adams to sign kane |

Should Benson get 9 games then return to JRs?

Good article. It would seem based on historical data, sending him back down might be prudent...
But fortune favors the bold. I say let the kid play his 9, then reassess. If he's still doing what he's been doing...maybe he's (frank)ing Pasta lol. |

if girgens takes himself out and tuch out on the same play in practice, there is a chance |

I'm glad you liked that piece lol.
Sounds like we can avoid a potentially upsetting situation by making the right choice...expect Kane to be signed in coming days lol. All jokes aside though, it does look like, with Benson if he makes it, there are too many cooks for one kitchen.

there was too many cooks when adams brought back girgens, okposo and jost
let alone not trading olofsson at the draft |

at some point, hopefully waivers will not take a few this year, adams needs to find some cheaper 4th liners using his b prospects

Yeah if benson can stick and Quinn's return comes ahead of schedule they end up looking less appealing Kane.
He's gunna want a spot where he thinks the team is a legit contender but that no one is really challenging his place in the lineup. |

nobody wants this guy. If the sens have to give up a first to move Joseph, who by all accounts appears to be a needle mover, I'm guessing people just didn't take the call for VO.

I still think the RW position will be filled by Tuch, Kane, Quinn, Okposo by mid-season, as Benson will have been sent back to Juniors by then. |

You shut your Mouth, they bring intangibles. To bad none of them are from a winning pedigree. |

Thats my assumption too, but Benson is in a position where he can force the issue. If he's adding wins to the team they cant send him back. |

He could, but I fully expect them to send him back by the time his 9 games would be up.
They love letting ELC's slide. |

Based on?
If he's helping them win games, he's staying. They're not sending him back to slide an ELC if he's doing that otherwise what's the point of giving him 9 games?
If he's got no shot at making the team, why play him with the NHL regulars? |

Being sent down after 9 games probably happens, especially if he struggles. The wildcard is the coaching situation with his junior club. What might happen is Benson gets his 9 games as savoie is in Rochester on a conditioning assignment. Benson is then sent back and Savoie gets his 9 games. Savoie is sent back and Quinn is ready to play, or close to.

True. I doubt he thought Benson would look this good, he's kind of between a rock and a hard place now. That's what I mean though...when Quinn comes back, where would Kane even go? |

Ideally Florida. One less playoff obstacle to worry about. |

Aren't we at the point where he should expect at least one of his prospects to look good? What's the worst thing that could happen? Biro gets a crack?

That's going to be tough to find. I'm not sure I can think of a team where their wingers are lesser, to the point where PK is a defacto 1RW, but is still good enough to be a contender. Going down the laundry list of usual names in my head hasn't sparked many light bulbs. Only team I thought of was Edmonton and they have negative cap space still I believe. |

One, for sure, Benson, maybe not. It's pretty obvious they were okay sending Savoie, Rosen and Kulich back this year. None of them really made the case that they HAD to stay, so they didn't get the chance. Benson has kind of forced his way in by being, arguably, our best forward. That's the unexpected part. |
