and i know atlanta has "failed" twice but once was way too early and the other was just poopty ownership issues for the most part.

the reason why i could see it happening again is because of atlanta' thriving black owned businesses. imo, for it to work the majority owner, at the very least, would need to african-american.

in the sense that it is quite large untapped market, i can see the attractiveness from a business standpoint.
