well that's a bit normal I guess considering Xhekaj isn't necessarily an offensive-minded dman, if you pair him with the right guy he should be totally fine, and as you say he does play a role that others don't. personally I prefer to have him in the lineup on most nights rather then not, unless they bring in another guy that can bring the same pugilist aspect he does.

did you read the article? the problem is mostly in his own zone, even if hes playing mostly vs third or even 4th line guys, he has a hard time

Part of the problem seems that hes trying way too much to hit everybody and is losing focus about his own defensive play

I know fans like big hits and fights, but he wont be able to stay in that line up only doing that. They have a lot of good young d on that team and a lot more coming up in a year or 2
