Charlie Coyle isn't a #2 center. Pavel Zacha could be fine as the 1C if he continues the upward projection. I have my doubts though.

They'll be big, physical and defensive and a shell of what they were last year.

I noticed in the Kraft Hockeyville game they would play You Make My Dreams when the Leafs scored. Makes sense. It's their goal song. They played Song #2 when the Sabres scored. Wondering if they are sticking to the personal goal songs or if just going with that? Song #2 is the song of the 99 Cup Run. You knew it was a colossal goal if they got to the 2nd verse before the puck dropped. Partying at Pilot Field watching the playoff games on the scoreboard. That was how party in the square started. Such an awesome summer.

Not really. Nothing between 85 and 95 would be all that surprising. Middle of the pack looks like it will be even more competitive this year.

I think Morgan Geekie will do very well there fwiw. If the 2C Coyle experiment fails, I could see them moving him back to center and let him give it a go. Also kind of surprised Oskar Steen didn't make the team for added C depth.
