Why's That ? You have 4 D locked up at say 26.5mill, add in Ryan Johnson’s ELC that's 5 at 27/28mill. You allocate 35-37mill to your D. Still leaves 50mill for forwards and Goalie's.

We still don't know if Savoie, Kulich, Ostlund are C or Wingers in the NHL. What if Kulich and Savoie are better at C than W when they are ready. Evaluations are at Defcon 4 over the next 2 years.

All in all despite my criticism of the offseason i am excited for sabres hockey to start up

Part of the reason I am critical is because I have experienced excitement which turned to expectation for the first time since myers rookie season

Well all time tds is good too. i can remember watching the MNF game when Rice hit 127 and the way he celebrated it. I still have the Beckett with it on the cover in pristine condition. Like how isn’t that worth a million dollars now. That might have been the same game Napoleon McCallum got his knee destroyed.

The ovi game (s) bring a ton of excitement every season. This year they play the caps twice late at home. Once including the home finale in game 79.

It would be something if ovi was chasing the record in Buffalo .
