If he doesn’t love you. You get a 1 year deal till you get replaced (think hinostoza) or you get a 2 year deal. (Think olofsson)

It's fine because the Sabres have enough young players to adjust there cap as needed at Forward and Defense. If the Sabres didn't have that it could be a problem. But it's done and we worry about it in 3 to 5 years.

It is why having young guys om ELC's are critical as you mentioned. The players going forward who are at risk to ne replaced are guys like Mitts, Krebs, Greenway, Jost.
