They're a package deal. The only way we get to improve this team is if Rogers smartens up and fires Shapiro - and I have absolutely zero faith in that happening. I can't stand either of them. They're politicians more than baseball management. There's some smart numbering going on in there, but there has been some terrible numbering going on along with it and no accountability for it.

I don't care about the things that Atkins has done right. They're irrelevant right now. He did enough (bad), and frankly NOT enough (good), in 7 years here that he shouldn't have a job anymore. And his press conference last week should've been the final nail in his coffin.
