Disappointing result, but talk about entertaining!!! Bring on 81 more of those kind of games!! That 2nd line might be my favourite so far!!

But with better, more solid, goaltending ffs.

obviously would've loved the win, but they got 1 point on the road, against a much better team (on paper at least), I wouldn't say it's all that disappointing.

Well, a loss is always disappointing. But you can see growth from this group in year 2. Dach is an absolute gem!! My next jersey for sure…as I was born in ‘77 as well.

Many lessons can be gleaned from that performance……like consistency, goaltending consistency, protecting the lead, not being deflated by calls, desperate penalties taken….all signs of a young team.

But I’m pumped to watch these guys this year and can’t wait to see what moves they make next, and see what youngsters take the baton and run with it.

Love that second line after that game!! Pretty good chemistry between them.

yup, you could say they were better than the 1st line last night... it isn't always gonna be that way but it gives us an indication that this top 6 might be looking pretty good this season.

and I consider it wasn't disappointing since almost everyone here sees them finishing at the bottom of the standings again lol.

Hey! A point is a point and I’m glad they eeked that out as best as they could.

And I know it’s going to be an “any given night” that lines will perform or underperform….but that start should fill that 2nd line with such confidence. And it’s nice to have 2 solid lines that can contribute! And 2 goals from your 4th line always helps too!!

And, the way they finished this game….if they don’t learn quickly from this, they will suffer the same fate over and over.

But this team is goi g to be fun to watch, on a consistent basis, for once in forever!!!
