Exactly, we have a personnel and scheme issue. I don't understand why people want to blame one or the other, they go hand in hand. There is plenty of all 22 footage out there now of people calling into question some of the route concepts. Diggs gets the bulk of the attention as he's the only one who is able to play above the scheme. The offense is becoming predictable, even a giants fan behind me at the game was calling out our run plays.

Watching the other elite offenses operate really puts things into perspective. They're so creative, they know what they need to call and when. It's so weird, perfect example is our running stats with Josh under center vs running out of shotgun. Our running numbers out of shotgun are awful, while under center they average over 5yds a carry last I saw. Running from under center also will help with the play action which is something they've been highly efficient when they actually commit to it.

Yup, if you need a roster spot, and you don't have a plan to actually utilize 3G, it's something you need to do.

What can you even expect out of a G playing twice a month and splitting time in practice? Something needs to give there soon. Would love to see them make a decision and give Savoie a shot.

This was a issue last year. I gave Dorsey the benefit of doubt because he was 1st year playcaller. He had a whole off season to learn.

Its looks the same this year. His running plays look better. But then he overuses running out of shotgun. Passing plays very predictable.

Its a copycat league. Look at miami,eagles,49’s,and chiefs. Copy what works for them and put in a little wrinkle to make it your own.

Thats the easy part. Calling the right play at the right situation is what i think separates great OC’s.

Benson has really impressed. That pass last game while getting taken down 🤯. I thought it just kinda bounced off him until i seen replay and seen he actually made that pass. WOW
