tks Karine, really unfortunate for Dach.
question. did they change the rules for assault?
the guy who hit Dach skated half the ice before throwing him off the board. yet I didn't hear anything at the time or since about a possible penalty.

Initial word I'm receiving on Canadiens' Kirby Dach is he has a torn ACL+torn MCL in his knee. There are more tests being done, and we'll wait for Habs to officially confirm once they're received all the info, but this puts Dach's season at risk if it ends up being the case.

this is really bad, but lets hope they wait until he is 100% ready to come back before he does come back. That part needs to change

Other than that...guys like Newhook and RHP will have to step up. Good opportunity for them

this is the silver lining, we might see some young players seizing the moment and exceeding expectations, exactly like last year with RHP.

it's also a perfect time to see how the team reacts as a group, sometimes when poop goes down it brings guys together and builds solidarity among them, we'll see.

well, do those mofos have to hurt guys? cuz if they do, there are teams out there who would be perfect candidates to be plagued by a whole (frank)ing bunch of injuries, like the Ottawa senators, for example. (not sure why I bring them up, it's completely random and has nothing to do with the fact that I hope they fail miserably at everything they do.)

"Sacres" are considered stronger in Canada than the foul expressions common to other varieties of French, which centre on sex and excrement (such as merde, "poop").
