I’m sorry, you think they deserve better after blowing multiple 5 on 3’s and 5 straight penalties by the caps in the 3rd? Not a single goal scored? Lol. I’m a big believer in taking your chances in sports to put a team to bed. They didn’t do that and the Capitals pounced on it.

I get it, and there is logic to what you're saying, we just don't have the same attitude or vibe while watching a habs game.

there's enough whining in the world as it is, I try to keep it positive when I watch hockey and want to be entertained. call me crazy.

Good bounce-back game from Allen, I thought he was the Habs best player tonight.

Yes fundamentally we see it differently.
Funny you say whining, I say it’s pointing out the glaringly obvious and it’s tiring. I refuse to spin something as a positive when in reality it’s not. To each their own though.

To me, they lost the momentum of the game on the 2 5-3s... not because they failed to score, but it seemed they were flat after those PPs. The Caps PK gave them energy and they pushed the game from then onwards.

yeah, sorry if I describe it this way but it's not anything against you personally, these kind of comments just sound very "whiney" to me, and I see them literally all the time here, it is what it is.

for me it's not about considering something as a "positive" while it's clearly not, but rather about focusing on other things that the team actually did well, especially after a win.

to each his own, as you say

I think some of us are just trying to enjoy ourselves watching the game and our saturdays

I watch to stay away from negative crap in the world or in my life

no idea why some of you are even watching

I think his attitude has a lot to do with it, he has a certain swag that helps him tremendously with his game.
