One question what is with the seeler 10 minute misconduct is this a new rule? To me after the “hit” he grabbed him, they squared up first then went at it. What’s going on here as far as the penalty? |

I have no clue what an instigator is anymore, I guess an instigator is any fight that happens after a hit. Seeler skated to him, challenged him and they both dropped.
Instigator use to be when someone drops the gloves before the other guy to instigate the fight....
