indeed. sure had problems following the puck, allowing rebounds... but nothing unusual considering he hadn't played in a month.

word is Primeau will be heading to Laval most likely next week...for a conditioning stint.

To be completely fair.....the devils are by far the superior club, and rested versus not only makes that difference the more glaring, and that difference allows the Devils to play crazy aggressive style, a style they would never try against....say Colorado, who would burn the Devils over and over.....Habs are not close yet. Another thing is one club is possible Cup finalist, one lottery pick. These games are to be expected....player improvement, club improvement over winning....remember?

Not quite what I said.....it is a winning first atmosphere for the players and coaches, but for us fans, we need to temper our expectations, look to see the young players developing, the club improving.
