Ive never been more sure he has no clue what he's talking about

and who the hell would trade for Shane Pinto right now? lol

I dont even know if he's allowed to be traded

I see this as a bad take.
Zib and Kreider have been one of the top scoring duo's in the league for almost 5 years, usually with a stiff on the other wing. And now Kakko is the reason they aren't producing?? He was put their so they could elevate his game. Not the other way around.
Zibby is a notorious slow starter, and Kreider's numbers are just fine.
Let things marinate, chef.

Very good game last night. Quick proving me wrong. Wheeler had his best game. 10-72-13 is the new first line. Laviolette gets all the Credit for that. The No goal call was laughable. The oilers stink without Mcdavid.

This goal was ruled a good goal. In a playoff game. And was ruled a good goal after review.

His trade value chart from time of being drafted to today would look more volatile than crypto. He looks so confident out there and is feeding off Panarins effort level. He would have a few helpers this season too if Chytil wasn’t snake bitten. Crazy to think he could legitimately put up 60-70 pts this season if he stays on that line.

If Chytil's luck turns around he's having another 20+ goal season. Any time he's on the ice he and whatever line he's on are getting scoring chances. I have zero problems with his game right now.

it was just one move in one game early in the season, but its been a long time if ever that i've seen him gain possession on his own blue line and attack the D straight on. usually his first couple move are small side to side shakes and then he dumps in. nice move to put that kid on his behind, would have been epic to finish but he's playing excellent.

I was on my way home from my own hockey listening to the game and they had the Oilers play by play feed on. Even they couldn't believe that goal wasn't counted.

Two things:

Lafreniere looking good given a regular top six opportunity. Who would have thought.

A lot of teams were dumb for not offer sheeting him above what the rangers offered him.

Agreed.
But, I am not surprised no one extended him an offer sheet. GM's are well aware of how they can be hogtied and sodomized by them and no one wants a target on their back. The whole process should be revamped if they really want to make it a viable avenue for team building.

I posted the Neil 2012 goal and then the user posted those 3 goals. Idk how 3 can be called good and 1 be called no goal, when the non 3 Ranger goals are clearly kicks. Such a dumb league.

This is the exact opposite of the offsides rule. That's very cut and dry.

Exactly. If that is a kick, then Will Cuylle is the greatest soccer/futbol star in the word.

The whole process is dumb. It’s way harder to kick a puck In with your skate then shoot it with your stick. You should be rewarded for kicking in a puck. The fact it’s disallowed will never make sense to me

There is a simple fix for this.

1. NHL allows all goals scored off skates to be counted. Kicked or deflected.
2. NHL disallows all goals scored off skates.

In classic NHL fashion, they (frank)ed up this process.

Yep. There was never anything wrong with having the rule be that no goal counted if it came off a skate. They just (frank)ed it up trying to invent new ways to increase scoring. If you want kicked pucks to count, get rid of using sticks, or play soccer. This is (frank)ing hockey!!!!!!!!

That's why I actually like the off sides rule. One of the few rules that is straight to the point.
