(frank) off with Vesey in the top 6. He's exactly where he belongs when they're healthy.
Chytil was Jekyll and Hyde tonight. - JRR1285
Did he forget how bad Vesey was in the top 6 first time around? He's perfect on 3/4.
Chytil has progressed but man does he do some stupid poop sometimes. |

Honestly, I scratch Wheeler. |

I just think my Kakko swap really makes that line better. Wheeler can hang on a top line, it’s worth a shot - Slimtj100
I wouldn't mind the experiment if things stop working. It's going well right now. Leave the top 6 alone.
I actually think Trocheck is the weak part of the third line at times. He's been pretty uneven thus far. Not too keen on putting Kakko with him. |

He will ultimately be the odd man out at some point this season. |

Sure, but I don't see that move at this point. Would be interesting to see him in that spot though. |

Let Trocheck watch from the press box and put Wheeler in the middle.
I'm so tired of the penalties. |

Back to Trochek's brain farts. I do like him as the 3rd line checking center because tht's where his game belongs. Yeah, don't want Kakko on that line. |

I don't hate that either. I actually don't think it's insane to believe he may eventually move to the middle at some point in his career. |

Wheeler is a play maker not a rough and tumble guy. He needs to set up Zib and Kreiders shot. I think he’s the guy to move up if they did shuffle them up. Kakko and Cuylle need to be linemates imo. Both are strong and bigger, and adept forecheckers. We’ll see what happens but I could see Lavy moving some guys around. The Chytil line should be kept the same tho, they’ve been by far their best line at even strength |

I could deal with most of his lapses if he didn't kill momentum with the penalties. |

Mines Kakko lol I wanna love him so bad and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s traded to be honest |

I've been happy with Kakko. He usually makes a good play. Just a little unlucky. |

I said it a couple days ago and got shot down immediately. That I felt Wheeler is a better line mate for those 2 for that reason. Were winning games and thats awesome but we need that top line to produce and Kakko may not be the best to be there. I said give it 5-7 games and if they dont start clicking a change should be made. Wasnt a popular opinion. |

Wheeler is 100% this season.
My qualification for a center is the ability to win faceoffs. Crazy, I know. That's been my biggest gripe with Chytil, and he has improved. Part of the reason I like Trochek more on the 3rd line for those defensive zone draws. Still don't want Wheeler taking draws. |

Chytil is at a career high 45% at the dot. Ill take it and hes been my whipping boy for years. If he can maintain a mid to high 40% FO% that would be amazing. Hes been good to start the year, I hope he remains consistent in all facets. |

I get that. Kakko might not end up being the top line scorer we hoped for. He is improving, but not enough yet. |
