Power, Greenway, Jokiharju are 40+ point players

So, we have a top-6 forward group. Skinner, Tuch, Tage, Cozens, Mitts, Peterka. Greenway is looking like a good 40 point third liner… So then we have Quinn come back and sign Pat Kane.

That’s not a bad top-9 guys. And then we have clear cut top-3 defenseman, too.

That fourth line is still an anchor. We could use a solid bottom-6 C who is good on faceoffs. We need Clifton to settle down and Samuelsson needs to stay healthy.

Krebs should be packaged with Olofsson and sent out. Go get Lars Eller from Pittsburgh. Do it.

Krebs, Olofsson and Bryson had 4 shifts each after the 1st period.

When a coach willingly starts with 11 forwards, and reduces it to 9 after the first period in a back to back game, that tells us all that we need to know.

I didn't understand why they willingly sat one of Rousek or Biro (I know Cozens was dinged up) to dress a 7th defenseman, but I guess with how little they played all of Bryson, Krebs, Ryan Johnson and Olofsson, they were content with trying to get the minutes of the 6th defenseman out of the combination of Bryson and Ryan Johnson, while just rolling with 3 forward lines.

To go with 11 forwards and basically sit 2 more is eye opening. Sabres really need to fix there Bottom 6 and Adams needssss to find a RD. Thought Johnson handled it very well getting out of the Car and right on to the Ice. Seemed to be used way more in the 3rd period. Actually wouldn't mind seeing him stay up even when Samuelsson is good to go, Clifton sucks!
