I think he has the exact same role on a contender as he does here, a playoff hopeful.

Maybe not the first line but I see nothing wrong with him being complementary on any of the three lines. Of course, the way he's utilized in Buffalo is how much preferred than how he was utilized in Minnesota, which really became that 4th line guy.

Greenway complements most of their skilled players pretty well. Don't see any problem with how they are using him. It's working.

Hes playing on the 1st line because the winger depth is comprised of someone who is hurt, a press box ornament and a couple rookies.

One rookie who is hurt and probably not going to play here anymore this season and one who we are going to get a good look at shortly

Wasn't a fan of the trade either, didn't like his play last year. Was hoping he was the next Girgensons if anything. Glad Granato worked his magic.

The Mittelstadt - Greenway pair worked well early in the season with Greenway.

Makes sense that Peterka would be a good fit.

We know the 4th line is some combination of Krebs, Jost, Girgensons, and Okposo, which leaves the Cozens line as the question mark.

Nobody wants Olofsson there.

Who among Benson, Savoie, Kulich, Quinn and Patrick Kane will end up being Cozens wingers?

My money is on Quinn and Patrick Kane.

They don't have their top 3 lines figured out yet. Greenway's played well with Tage, Mitts has played well with Skinner. I don't see anything wrong with building around what's working.

Clifton needs to boost his consistency. I think he's been less terrible than people think. He had two clunkers but the rest have been fine.
