Cozens, right now, yes. Power is one of the better defenders this year so far and worth every penny, which would be more than Mitts. As Lun said, sorry to nitpick, but can't go that far (Power).

Given their respective ages, there's no reason to believe Cozens doesn't surpass him either.

7x7 should be max, anyone that wants to pay him $9M can trade us assets worth a $9M player. That would put him in the top35 contracts...he's playing better, but let's not get crazy, you couldn't trade him for nearly any of the players making that type of change. He's a step under.

Any rise in the cap, say the $4M, is the cap space they'd have, but only on the surface.

Potential ELC bonuses is nearly $4M for next season.

That would mean they effectively would have zero cap space next season, even with a $4M cap increase.
