In fairness, they aren't asking him to play Girgs role. They are throwing him on a line that they don't trust, barely plan to play, and is set up to fail. He might be perfectly fine as a 4th line winger, but we have overpaid players with death locks on those spots.

I bet it's part of the reason Savoie didn't play last night. Wait til Cozens is back and he at least has a fighting chance of contributing.

Sounds like Calen Addison to the Sharks. Haven't followed him this year, but he was a guy I hoped KA was kicking tires on. Oh well. We'll see what the return is or if Weeksy called too early.

not sure why Sabres fans think he sucked. Injury-prone and never lived up to the hype sure. But he didn't suck.
