Boston is a well oiled machine that develops players to fit roles, they seamlessly transition as they get promoted this way, it's very effective.

I'm sure they did see the decline last year. Think it's just a matter of the kids like him and they can justify it for another year. I'm also sure they don't like the looks of him signing with another team.
