Brock Faber is having a great season so far for the Wild.

21 years old RD, 6 points and +7 on a .500 team in the first 13 games - was drafted 45th overall in 20'. The Kings traded Faber and an additional 1st for Fiala, this trade is a win for both teams.

An impactful AHLer with a bright NHL career ahead of him still required an additional future to complete the trade. RD is one of the most valuable assets too.

The fab 5's trajectory is going to be an interesting story.

Alex Turcotte, Kent Johnson, Shakir Mukhamadullin and Conor Garland are names we should be inquiring about. Quite a few guys are getting held down because of their teams' depth and Garland, who is a really good defensive forward, that we could really use. He's been given permission to seek a trade.

You think Turcotte is any good, or will be any good?

He hasn't exactly set the world on fire, including at the AHL level.

Sabres have several prospects who look better to a lot better, and Turcotte's size looks quite similar to many of the Sabres prospects.
