speaking of stupid (frank)ing laundry, I think I'll have to start shopping for a new washer and dryer set soon, the dryer takes forever to dry clothes, and I have to put weights on the washing machine so that it doesn't move around like crazy.

this could be an opportunity to organize some betting races though...

good point, however, the IWDRF (the International Washer & Dryer Racing Federation) had to establish new rules for that because there was too much cheating going on with illegal door mechanisms. it's like giving roids to the machines.

Try looking at the dryer hose, might be pinched, clogged, or the pathway outside might be getting blocked by something.

We had the same problem, but were able to fix it.

As for the washer. get a pocket wussy and enjoy the ride for as long as it lasts.
