i disagree. the (frank) uses a bookie these days. degenerate gamblers. that's who. and also the obvious optics of throwing games cause he is in large to a bookie comes into play.

well obviously players should never be allowed to bet on a game or a league they're actually involved in, but if Pinto is throwing big bucks on NFL games via a bookie, he isn't really hurting anyone besides potentially his own wallet...
