the guy who played 3 games, suffered a concussion, missed a few games, struggled in his first game back then scored a hat trick? The guy with 9pts in 7 games?

Lots of potential, slowly improving, lets see how his gain translates to the pro game.

Defensively he's going to need to take some huge strides.

It says he missed 1 game not a few.

I'm just saying I've seen some Cale Makar references to him but I'd think more Sam Girard than Makar.

The entire team might be doing that from time to time. Ranked first in the country to start the season, they did not look good. Have been saved by individual performances so far this year in quite a few games.

but how they lose games when they do is important

a lot of fans praise the prospects before they turn pro and then turn on them once they realize they are not what they expected to be right away in the nhl

its all about the next draft and the next prospects
