Yeah, I'll admit to knowing nothing about Klingberg's contract either, but getting out from one of the long term contracts would be worth it and that's a good return! I mean, you get the draft picks (although they won't be high ones) and Knies! Knies is the prize in the deal to me. I was watching the Laffs game against the Bolts on Monday night, and he was playing on the first line with Matthews and Marner. He is a LW which the Flyers could use and he plays a physical game (6'2" 210 21 years old) with lots of talent to go with it. Also saw that the Laffs are looking for a shut down center and would like Coots if he wasn't paid so much. Make it a package deal and get out from under both of those albatross contracts!

Remember when everyone said that the Broooooins were gonna come crashing back to earth this year? Yeah, me either. They are only leading the league once again and JVR has 4 G and 6A in 13 games.
