While that may be true, this team's success or failure is determined by the offense and it isn't even close. This team could be at a Bobby April level of special teams and they still have major issues.

I'm going to use the same analogy I used last night. Anger at the defense or special teams is like getting mad at your Microwave because you can't cook a turkey in it for Thanksgiving.

Adams learns how to be a GM from the Bills. The Bills have been drunk on potential since the 2020 team and rode that up to now only to regress each season, resulting in the coach losing the locker room. Now the team is in limbo with bad contracts.

Adams and Meatball sitting on their hands and relying on potential to eventually evolve into impact is going to result in losing the room. The conviction era is going to lead the #3 offense in the NHL last year to another early vacation, while everyone continues to gush on potential.

The lack of clarity for either team wasn't an instantaneous problem that fell from the sky, it's the piss poor plans by front offices...both led by Terry.

The day Terry see's his NFL revenue fall might be the day action is taken.
