It's a big problem, that's why having a guy like Peca come up and coach as you bring these kids along would have been huge. Especially if you don't want to bring in the right leaders to help these young kids take those next steps. Atleast Peca was in some of those Wars and battles, what Battles has Girgensons been through other than trying to stay on his feet.

Who would you replace Granato with?

There are a few out there but getting older Budreau, Julien, Quenneville, Gallant

All in their 60s but all coaches with experience who have coached successful teams.

I kind of like Joe Sacco. Bruins assistant since 2014 and head coach for the Avalanche previously and assistant for the sabres in 2013.

Don't really want to hire someone without experience but coming from the Bruins organization seems like a win.

You can only learn how to rebuild by failing at rebuilding and starting again. You have to look at the organization as if it is an NHL prospect developing over time.
