If Korchinski hit say Bennett into the boards the same way would you want him to be called for a boarding penalty? It was a hard it on Bedard, but I thought it was clean.

It’s going be great when this team learns how to work as a team. There is very little support on either side of the ice. The forwards aren’t supporting enough in the d-zone and the D have trouble supporting the offense. Not sure if it’s a communication issue or if there simply is that much of a talent void.

It was a good game. Bedard is starting to do what i thought he might making these games even closer then they were last year.

They do a better job on possession out of the zone the past 2 games so that's nice to see, just keep working on that for now, possession in the opponents end will increase over time.

I thought Korchinski had a much better game tonight then he did vs the Bolts.

Kaiser and Vlasic just keep playing well.

Reichel needs a center, Kaiser needs a solid RD partner. Won't happen this year but its good to see these kids really playing well.

It’s early yet but Bedard is on track for 50 plus goals and 80 points. Imagine the numbers he’d be putting up playing with some real talent and not AHL players, journeymen and vets who’s best days are behind them?

Good game, we got our monies worth. There are no words to describe the kid, man can he pick corners. I was really impressed with Kaiser, he had a nice game. Without checking the box score, it seemed like Jones played too many minutes, Reichel needs better line mates, the skill is there. That fraking stadium plays music too loud, kind of annoying.

By no means is he a long term answer, but outside of his first game this year, Zaitsev has been reasonable. He looked like one of the most calmest D out there. Didn’t hang onto the puck too long and made the quick/easy play. Can pretty much say similar with Tinordi. He’s had a few more WTF moments, but has cleared the crease well and has kept it simple. Not much more you can ask from a 3rd pair guy especially on this team.

It would be a rarity for the first overall pick to be playing on a complete team, especially one this talented whom you would assume at least a handful of teams were tanking for.

They'll get there, have to admit, watching him play during the rebuild makes it much easier to take.

Unfortunately, I don't think they'll be low enough to draft an Eiserman. Now they could hit a wall sometime, and that's possible, but hard to imagine a tougher schedule to start, and they are competitive.

Though my dream scenario is they finish 9th or 10th and win the lottery again. Other teams fan bases heads will explode

I just hope to see the Blackhawks work on keeping possession once they get the puck in their own zone. They must be one of the worst teams at it for now.

Don't know about that. They seemed to be letting quite a bit go on both sides from what I saw yesterday.
