Th only team I see overpaying is the Sabres.

Wouldn't be smart for showtime to not go to a team that is a lock for playoffs.

The Leafs offer is you are close to family, you can have 1M, play with Domi on the 3rd line and PP2 time.

Probably unlikely he chooses that but the fact the Leafs are an 2 hours away from family will always be something they have over Dallas and Florida.

- Santo_44

I believe the official Leafs offer is “we’re not interested”.

Damn it sounds tasty as hell. Do those meats stick together on their own or do they need a bread crumb mix kind of thing?

Won’t lie, our typical pasta meal is a chicken and shrimp Alfredo with sautéed mushrooms and topped with diced tomatoes, green onion, and parm. Looking for a new idea to try out.

Made pasta sauce with beef/pork/veal meatballs and a pack of sausage, and a pack of pork chops in the sauce. Frank yeah.
- Zezel

If only half of it goes eaten, will you throw it out like a heathen?

They went out of their way to tell Shannon that he was wrong and that they didn’t meet with him.

Most of my pasta meals these days are meatless and quick. Enjoying lemon spaghetti with roasted artichokes

Treliving did?

Shannon was proved wrong by CJ, Shannon asks leafs sources and he corrects his mistake.

My god it doesn't mean they do not have interest.

Oh I don’t mind pasta without meat whatsoever, I like veggie meals quite a bit tbh, even at our daughter’s wedding I went veggie because I know how to cook chicken and steak just fine…. Stuffed peppers tho is something I don’t do regularly lol

What’s the Lemmon sauce made from if you don’t mind me asking? I’ve got a bot load of noodles I’d like to use up in different ways

Leafs allowed him to say they they denied the meeting. They wanted that information out there. None of it means anything definitively. The fact that it would be a mistake to use cap assets for the rental (another rental) 3rd line winger when they are looking for ways to bring in D.

Zest and juice from one lemon mixed with parm and some oil into a bowel. Spaghetti straight out of cooking pot into the mix (don’t drain it so you get some of the pasta water). Swirl around, throw in artichokes and anything you want to add (olives, etc) basil if you’re so inclined and parm to taste.

Easy, peasy

Bread crumbs in meatballs are bullpoop. I soak white bread in milk and then squeeze the bread like a sponge and add it to the mix. This is what makes meatballs excellent.

I'm calling bullpoop on the Coyotes numbers.

There's no justification for it increasing that much in value, unless someone is saying that the collapse of their arena plans makes them an attractive property for purchase and relocation.

They are #32 in every category.

- Atomic Wedgie

I wouldn't trust those numbers for better/worse but ...in 22' the Yotes made a profit for the first time in almost 20 years. It was barely break even but busting out of that lease and reducing their salaries to the equivalent of the starbucks franchise helped with the books.

There real value (now that they are rid of their expenses) is that they are an existing NHL franchise with inherent value/goodwill - mostly as a result of guaranteed shares of league income and guaranteed assistance from the rich and wealthy clubs.

Anybody buying them is tying it to either the league agreeing that they can move OR the state of Zona' and town of Phoenix playing ball on a team friendly lease.

Yeah, I agree, haven’t been the beef pasta style in ages tbh, I know it’s been a couple decades but I worked my way through college as the night cook at a Boston pizza. I literally lived off of pasta/pizza for a couple years, but I’m finding my desire for the stuff finally coming around.

I'm all for getting Kane because the Leafs have a fine tradition of getting superstars waaaaaaay past their prime.

Lindros, Leetch, Barrasso, Nolan, Francis...

But I can't think of the last guy we've done this for.

Marleau doesn't count.

Edit: obviously Spezza and Thornton. Duh.

At least ownership said no to 35 yr old Wayne Gretzky.

Phew ...that guy only put up 187 pts the next two seasons.
