Ryan Johnson ended up with a little more than 12min in ice time last night. Really don't get why there not using him more regularly. They could really balance out there pairs if they did. |

The following is satire, I think... đ¤Łđ
>>> According to Evolving-Hockey this is the first time the Sabres and Bills have won on the same day since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. Girgensons was still a Sabre and Beethoven was the top artist on Spotify

>>> Granato has to start scratching the old guys. They arenât rebuilding anymore. You have to ice your best lineup and EJ, Okposo, and Girgensons canât be in every single game. You have the cap space to do a rotation if you want.

The theme of this season is 1,000 game ceremoniesâŚso the prospects can learn from itâŚ. |

You would think they would start weaning them out, but there actually playing more. Kinda scary because if you are still trying to lean on them now and not try to bring the kids along. Kinda telling me they could be around past this year. |

Anybody still want to extend Mitts, if so, what are the terms? The entire offense has disappeared.
Regression was expected but this is a free fall with no end in sight.
We have witnessed a front office and coaching staff murder the identity that was building with this group. - washedup20

well if you want a semblance of good news, RJ played 12:13 of EV compared to Clifton and EJ's 8:13 and 8:37 respectively. RJ gets no ST time. Yet.

Johnson and Dahlin play pretty good together, yes it's a small sample size. But dropping Samuelsson down and letting Johnson play a regular shift with Dahlin could really help. |

A lot of words to say this was a moronic high risk approach with minimum upside.
Also, if Adams believes this, the Sabres are f*cked:
âI want our players to be fearless and thatâs how weâre going to run the organization, too,â Adams said in April. âDonny and myself, we are going to be fearless and weâre going to trust and believe in our players. When we think theyâre ready and in spots to succeed weâre going to help them. For me looking at Devon, I see a special person, I see a special work ethic, a special talentâ |

I think I heard the announcers say his offense has the worst numbers in like 50 years or something. He is beyond awful.
Let's see how the Bills build on this. A lot more work to do. |

Dorsey had the most non-sequitur playbook ever. It wasnât complimentary and it wasnât situational. It was âOkay Iâve played Madden, this should work.â Literally.
The offense controlled the ball. Dorsey ran his offense like the Sabres run their powerplay. No one wants the puck, no one wants to score, itâs like the puck is lava. |

So last year I would have put us ahead of Ottawa, Detroit, Anaheim, Arizona from a progression standpoint. Not so much now. Weâve taken a big step backwards. If this trend continues, (donât actually acquire any real talent and rely on undeveloped prospects) you can likely move us to the bottom with the sharks, habs, blue jackets |

when dahlin doesn't personally fuel the powerplay, it is nothingness.
Our assistant coaches have failed at literally everything in their job descriptions. And our head coach is playing with half a god damn roster. |

They are literally the worst guys on the ice every night. It makes me want to chock on my food watching Okposo on the PP. itâs a farking joke. The season is a wash. Time to get a look at some young guys. If meatballs is here next year, Iâll shat sideways.
Unfortunately, the terrible win last night prolongs the suffering. Iâm sure he will attribute the win to the vets great play and leadership |

They essentially are playing without Quinn, Cozens**, and Tage, while the coach who was praised as a prospect whisperer put this season in the hands of old vets. The only forward showing real growth is Peterka.
On Defense, Dahlin is becoming the man while the rest have flat lined.
Goaltending is embarrassing, UPL has handled it the best at this point.
**Cozens is currently floating in space in the Sombrero galaxy, we have sent a rescue team to retrieve him, timeline for return is undetermined

Itâs not a huge fix either. Meatballs refusal to recognize that you need to put the right guys out there in the right spots to be successful is painful. Olofsson, for all of his flaws, is a good right boards PP1 guy. We need someone who can control the boards on the left. Mitts is fine, or Power on the point with Dahlin to control the zone.
PP1 should look something like this
Dahlin/ Power top
Mitts left
Olo right
Tuch In front
PP 2
Joker top
Left Benson
Right JJ
Skinner sweep
Greenway front
