Benson, he's been average on a bad team, I'm not sure why he is in the NHL.

The Sabres problems are bigger than developing these kids. Adams has already shown he'll burn seasons to maintain his plan. I bet this will continue until the 25/26 season.

3) How many players/assets genuinely see their value increase overtime ? There wasn’t a single team that made trades in the first round of last years draft, so by your logic every single team have seen their assets depreciate.

This goes for players acquired via trade as well. Debrincant went for less then acquired not even 12 months later.

What are Johnathen Huberdeau and Tanner Jeannot worth today ? Sure as hell not worth a quarter of the price paid.

Bedard is just one from this past draft alone, this isn't hard.

Everything you said just proves my point. These kids are not the answer to the Sabres problems, that's the important aspect that gets lost in the defense of these prospects. The GM is burning years to accommodate his kids...it's not working.

Oh I agree, just going of the list. Sabres seem stuck in 2006 when small fast forwards could fly around because the bigger players couldn't skate as well. Team full of Skilled midgets really doesn't work anymore. Gotta have some Skilled grit in there. Sabres have some size, but they aren't overly Physical.
