Not offended. Just not impressed. Don't think you'll score that sitcom anytime soon. Don't quit your day job or turning tricks or whatever you do for money. I don't care. I hope you choke.

Yeah like trolling and being a ka-me-ha-me-a-female genitalia.

The whole situation sucks and blows. I was excited for him to come back, too. But if he is guilty of domestic abuse get him the (frank) out of here and the NHL forever.

Yeah the entire situation doesn't have a good look. I suspect he will be done for the year regardless. I was also looking forward to his return. I guess we will see how he ruling goes.

So I just read that the Bruins are holding their father's trip this week. Makes you wonder if it was a trigger for him to start drinking heavily. It's no secret that Looch likes the booze, and boozers tend to spiral when they get emotional. (His father passed some years ago)

In no way shape or form is it an excuse to ever lay a hand on a woman, maybe just a way to figure out why the hell someone in his position would do something so stupid and scummy.

If he did what they said he did, or anything of the like, I don't want to see him in a B's sweater ever again. Good riddance

Edit: what the hell is a 35 year old dad of 3 doing going out on a Friday night to booze while he's on injured reserve, the night before a game?

Excellent question. If he is having control problems I hope he sorts himself out. The Bruins at least have made the right call by removing him from the team.

I am also glad for this. Seems like there is definitely something wrong in his personal life. Hope he gets it sorted out, but for now its best he separate himself from the team. If convicted, probably should call it a career (and might have to if he gets time).

Hard to say what exactly drove him off the edge. But as you said, if true, there is no excuse.

I see the pro shop has also removed all of his stuff from their site. Lucic garners "0 search results".

Yikes. Well I guess the kids/UFA signings will have that spot to cycle through for the rest for the rest of the year.

Oof. Heard on the radio he appears in court tomorrow morning. All the dirt will come out then.

Sad to see. I hope he and his family get the help they need. One of the players that almost all Bruins fans loved. Absolutely destroyed his legacy in Boston this week.

No kidding. That being said, Marchy needs to hit the open net there instead of the feed to Coyle. Need to ice the game when you have a chance. Not getting the puck out of their zone bit them again. Swayman got hung out to dry.

7 penalties to 3

I didn't see the game.
Was it poor officiating (a la Chris Lee)?
Or dumb Bruin penalties?
Or a bit of both?

Bruins did commit the penalties, but the same penalties were not called on TB.
2 times Pasta had a scoring chance and was hooked/slashed…no call
Marchand had a good scoring chance and was hooked…no call.

The Pasta roughing penalty was a joke. If you're going to call him for that (shouldn't have), the you have to call the retaliation as well.

The penalties were one thing, but tampa only had 1PPG. They got flat outworked 5v5. Gave up way too many shots.

honeslty I thought they stopped skating at the end because they thought it was offsides, and Tampa brings it back in and scores. heartbreaking, I know they gave up a lot of shots, but it didnt feel like 43 shots.

Swayman did his job well. He stole a point with how much he got bombarded. Need to button it up defensively.

Also game #9 coming up next for Lohrei. I wonder if they will send him down for another stint or keep him up. His play hasn't been bad. Some rookie mistakes but that was to be expected. His ice time has dropped a bit since the start too. Rolling under 20 mins a night.

He'll be sent down when Gryz is back (unless some sort of move is made). I don't think Poitras got the minutes he deserved last night (of course much of that could be attributed to ALWAYS being on the PK). Sure he coughed up the puck a time or two but he also got the puck behind the net and in the corners several times...the feed up the slot was perfect, to bad JD had already skated through.

I think he sat for a few shift early on after a couple of those mistakes and was moved down to the bottom pairing.
