Yep, they do look generic with a 9-1 record. They have the look of a 6-4 football team that is pulling rabbits out of a hat to get unearned wins. Should have lost to the Chiefs, Deadskins (at least once) and Cowgirls.

Really, I think you're very badly confused here are and conflating different conversations. One was a conversation that took place a while ago about the overall rank of different sports and how the NFL is a cash cow. It still is.

The other is a conversation specifically about the Eagles and their chances of contending for the Super Bowl. A conversation that I've had with numerous people on here. One in which I said that there are no great teams in the league this year. That you don't have to be a great team. You just have to be the best team. Which the Eagles are right now.
