As nice as it is to have the great start agreed they are a few pieces away from really competing. It's enjoyable Hockey however and Tochet appears to be holding them to account...for now. I'm sure Allvin and Rutherford will look at options if they are in a PO spot still in a few months.

This is how I view it also, yes to be a true playoff contender a few moves are required but knee jerk comments of moving Pettersson are quite comical, but it is only a few posters with a huge bias against Pettersson.

EP40 could sign a deal, hypothetically, for 9.75 million for eight years following his current deal. I think he'd be foolish to, but he could.
