Depends what they do with the cap space they just created...
- boonerbuck

Yeah, I think I would have hoped a bit more than a 5th. Chicago retains half and gets a 3rd at the tdl 🥴

True. They probably had to take what they could get right now because they have another move in the works.

He's terminated. Wonder if he would sign for cheap?

We need to use the space for a Dman.

Terminated or just waived? Because he is a vet, doesn't his salary still apply to the cap even if he's playing in the AHL?

the only 5th Chicago has is in 2026, unless it's Calgary's 2025 5th

PA claimed Beauville was like acquiring 1st rounder... so a 1st for a 5th.

Raty isn't going to be a Canuck for very long I expect, so unless there's a big move for a young center that can conceivably replace Miller in a couple of years, it's essentially:

Bo + 2nd for Hronek and change. That's not great unless there's a bigger deal in the works.

Boeser in the paint, that’s why Garland only has two goals, perimeter player, he doesn’t go there unless it’s a scrum.

Bo signed @8.5m. Hronek won’t cost that & we filled a big hole at RHD. What do you expect in todays cap world & trade environment?

Good point but he does much more otherwise.
