Yep. When us teachers aren't getting our proper pay from our school board. They ignore or tell us to wait because we'll get the back pay (of course it's taxed higher). This year, when it was happening to me I told my rep if they're doing nothing about it I'm going to cnesst. They freaked out and got it resolved the next day,
