That all sounds amazing. I've never attempted cooking a duck, myself, though I love to eat them hahah

I have some duck confit in the freezer along with some fois gras I am not sure how to prepare.

I’m personally quite happy to be with my family right now. Our youngest is going through a major sleep regression and my parents are taking a lot of that burden on while we’re here. Getting from San Diego to South Carolina sucks but it’s worth it

We're headed up to the Burgh tonight with our 3 month old (first flight, fingers crossed she's not a banshee). How old is your youngest? Our's is starting to teeth, and every god damn nap she thrashes her head around like a fish trying to fight it. She wants none of it.

Sid is leading the league in EV points, but there are 123 players with more PP points than him so far this season. That's crazy.

It definitely shows how Sid is absolutely still one of the best, if not the best actual hockey player in the game. Unfortunately the league manufactures PP at such an alarming rate that they are more important than ever.

With 2 RW’s out (Rust and Rakell) there is no reason at all to think anyone but Carter. Whether it be on Crosby’s or Malkin’s line is the absolute first choice by anyone attempting to ice the best team. If there is another reason (other than his salary) please attempt explain to explain it. I’d personally put him on Malkins line.

You gents respond to hockey comments like this is the Food Network and yinz are the 2nd coming of Emeril Lagasse!

We'll let you know once you make it to 2023

I'd be surprised if Hinostroza doesn't get the call on Sid's line because of his speed. Less certain about Malkin's line what they think between Harkins and Nylander. From Sully's comments, I'm guessing it isn't Z even though I think he makes the most sense.

Anyone possibly recording the home broadcast of the game tonight? Allegedly my partner and I were filmed for some pregame fan view stuff. I'd like to see if I actually made it on TV lol.

I wore a glowing animal hood because (frank) it, I wear stupid poop ^_^

If they just keep passing the puck back to the high slot on the PP they're bound to score right? Definitely a good plan to keep the puck as far from the goal as possible.

Can you decline a penalty in the NHL like in the NFL? If so, we should just do that rather than bothering to play on the PP.

Why do the pens refuse to use the drop pass to enter the zone on the pp?

Anyone notice the CHEF in the KITCHEN screening Quick on the no goal. I'm thinking you might of - but didn't think of mentioning it.

The kind of thing that gets said whenever a guy doesn't have a point 18 games into the season.

Why the F did O’Conner take a flyer thru the crease?! If he stops IN FRONT of the net, he gets a lay-up.
