Pens allergic to the crease. Just ask pp1 - 10inchTerror
Very true and frustrating. Its almost like they go out of the way not to score ugly goals. Esp PP1. |

This is the 2nd most shots the Rags have had in a game all year, and there's still a full period to go. |

This team can play 5v5. (frank) the pp. just send Sid’s line out for the first minute then Geno. Reverse the order the following pp. |

I agree, but when we have our actual lines 😅
Edit: Steelers fired Canada, the Pens should fire Reirdon |

They need to shoot on odd man rushes. I’d love to see how many odd man rushes this year haven’t resulted in a shot. |

I’m glad Ludwig could do his thing tonight without knocking himself out |

Might as well. Best solution might be the easiest |

I know they’ve given up at least one shorty in that time frame. I wonder what the shots for/against are during those 18 power plays. |

Hard one to watch haha... That PP shouldn't be 25th in the league... convert just one time and you have a point. Thought Sid was gonna tie it there at the end. Rust might of made a difference tonight.. But then again so might of Fox... |

They've given up 2 shorties during that time, so they're a -1 on their own PP in the last 8 games. |

The east-west decisions with the puck - inside the blue line - when they’re a man up are enough to drive anyone bonkers. So F’n predictable. So many sticks in lanes. So many TOs. If this is by design thru coaching then someone needs canned. Get the puck down low, outwork your F’n opponent, crash the net/ create some chaos & get some chances,,,, instead of playing globetrotters around the perimeter. Damn this team needs a Kunitz.
And way to waste a QS% from Jarry |

Boone Jenner would be a real good reasonable addition for this team. Zach Hyman would be another that comes to mind from players I’ve seen this year. Cap hit would be a bit of an issue with Hyman. |

Eight of next eleven on the road.
Most, if not all of us knew this team is cooked. We didn't realize how bad. In three weeks it's going to show, big time.

Nah. If we had a league average pp, we’d be 2nd or 3rd in the metro. |

Cooked?
I dont see it that way at all. Most nights they are the better team 5 on 5. PP, or Jarry, has killed them a lot of those same nights when there's a loss. Its still November and I think the PP can be improved.
Rangers have been one of the best and hottest teams so far....they won 1-0, Pens went 0-5 on PP. Pens beat the 1st overall (at that time) in the league team the game before, shut them out 3-0.
That comment makes it seem like you're not actually watching the games. |

Perimeter? I was watching and saw a lot of action, and chances, right on Quick's doorstep...I had to go check to make sure my eyes and/or mind weren't playing tricks

Anyone notice the CHEF in the KITCHEN screening Quick on the no goal. I'm thinking you might of - but didn't think of mentioning it. - sufi-judge
Dude relax. He didn't even stay in front to set a screen, just passed by and obstructed his vision a bit, but not enough. That's a glove save if he had his glove on.
Actually did that at least another time this game, so I don't think I need to hear how Carter is a net front guy anymore.
There's a difference between going to the net and setting a screen. Pens got guys who do the former, but nobody wants to do the latter. |
